At Careefree, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product ordered.

  • The return request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product remains unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories, and invoices intact.

To request a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • Description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

  • Products showing signs of use

  • Personal care, hygiene, beauty, or wellness products once opened or used

  • Items purchased during clearance, sale, or special promotional campaigns unless damaged or defective

  • Gift cards and digital products

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Careefree.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear images or videos of the issue.

  • Upon verification, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

In approved return cases, customers may be required to follow the return instructions provided by our support team.

Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Rejections

Refund requests may be declined if:

  • The return request is made after the specified timeframe.

  • The product has been used, damaged by the customer, or is missing original packaging.

  • Insufficient proof is provided for damaged or incorrect items.
